On July 5, the source Moore's Law Is Dead revealed that AMD will release Zen 6 architecture chips in the second quarter of 2025, using TSMC's N3E process. Mass production will start before the end of 2025 at the earliest, but it is not ruled out that it may be postponed to 2026.
The source said in April this year that Zen 6 architecture processors include standard version, Dense Classic version and Client Dense version, and the core configurations include 8 cores (Zen 6), 16 cores (Zen 6c) and 32 cores (Zen 6c Extended).

The source also said that AMD will subdivide Zen 6 into 3 major categories for the consumer market. IT Home attaches the list as follows:
High-end laptop version (such as Medusa Point)
AM5 platform version (such as Medusa Ridge)
Versions suitable for both gaming laptops and desktops (such as Medusa Halo)
AMD released Strix Point at the 2024 Taipei International Computer Show. The product uses a combination of the Zen 5 series and the RDNA 3.5 architecture. However, the latest news says that AMD has adjusted its 3nm production plan, and the release date of Strix Point has been postponed by 2 quarters, and it may even have been cancelled.
