Yokogawa Corporation has released the WT5000 Precision Power Analyzer - Transformer Version, which helps manufacturers achieve the high-precision analysis needed to develop cost-effective and efficient transformers. The device is the company's most accurate power analyzer, providing 0.008% accuracy at unit power factor and optimal accuracy at low power factor at commercial frequencies from 45Hz to 66Hz. The analyzer is ISO17025 certified calibrated to optimize at 53Hz power factors of 1,0.5,0.05,0.01 and 0.001.
The Pickering interface provides a new model for a family of high-density precision resistance modules, improving sensor simulation accuracy. The channels of the 4X-297A can be set to short or open to simulate wiring or sensor failures and can accommodate up to 18 channels into a single slot module. Calibration cables can be connected to the modules to enable the DMM to validate each channel.
Diodes Incorporated now offers the PowerDI8080-5. The first product to be released in this package is the Diode DMTH4M70SPGWQ, a 40V automotive STANDARD MOSFET with a 64mm² PCB area. The package takes up 40% less PCB area than the TO263 (D2PAK) package format, and the package is AEC-Q101-qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility.

Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. offers two new full bridge door drivers for automotive and industrial applications. The A89505 and A89506 are excellent in automotive applications where both drives contain built-in current sensing capabilities, eliminating the need for external current sensing resistances and reducing the requirement for external components to a minimum of seven. Both can provide an absolute maximum supply voltage of 50V. Both devices have current limit detection flags that trigger when programmable current limits are reached

Diodes Incorporated has introduced automotive compatible diode AP61300Q and Diodes AP61302Q synchronous buck converters. These step-down converters include a 70mOhm high side power MOSFET and a 50mOhm low side power MOSFET. Together, they provide efficient step-down dc-dc converters, and the device can be configured for PFM or PWM operating mode (using enable pins).
