The TLV707 series (TLV707 and TLV707P) low-differential linear voltage regulators (LDOs) are low-static current devices with excellent line and load transient performance for power-sensitive applications. The Series ldo comes in a 1 mm × 1 mm DQN (X2SON) package, ideal for handheld applications.
Typical application circuit
These devices provide a typical accuracy of 0.5%. All versions have hot shutdown and overcurrent protection for safety. In addition, these devices are stable with effective output capacitance of only 0.1μF. This feature enables the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltages and temperature derates.These devices are also tuned to a specified accuracy without output load. The TLV707P also offers an active pull-down circuit for rapid discharge output.
TLV707 series (TLV707 and TLV707P) belong to the low pressure differential voltage regulator (ldo) series. The device consumes low static current and provides excellent line and load transient performance. These features, combined with low noise and a very good PSRR with small (VIN-VOUT) headspace, make this device ideal for portable RF applications.
