Burklin Elektronik offers a range of micro fan units to meet the growing demand for small high-performance electronic components. Fischer Elektronik's LAM K series includes miniature fan units that emit large amounts of heat in tight Spaces.
Micro fan units, each fan motor, are available in 30mm x 30mm, 40mm x 40mm and 50mm x 50mm sizes, and each is equipped with a dual ball bearing system modified for industrial requirements. They are very effective for cooling large power losses in small installation Spaces.
The basic structure of these tubes consists of a circumferential rectangular base with a material thickness of 2.5-4.5mm. The respective outer surfaces of the frames have opposite ribbed structures and are also used as semiconductor mounting surfaces with a flatness of 0.1mm. This shows that they do not need a face mill. And for larger board sizes or higher power consumption, micro fan coil units are also available in dual sizes of 60.5mm x 30mm, 80.8mm x 40mm and 100.5mm x 50mm.
Axial fan motors can be quickly and easily mounted in mounting holes bonded to profiles using screws. Relatively high flow rates at high dynamic pressures also ensure air transport over long cooling distances or unit lengths. The technical quality parameter MTBF measured at 20C ambient temperature is 280,000 hours.
Depending on the application, the fan motor can provide voltages between 5V, 12V and 24V. They can also be equipped with additional pulse outputs to control alarm generator circuits or monitor rotor speeds when selecting fans. The fan unit can be mounted directly on the PCB and includes tubular aluminum profiles with a special internal heat exchange structure.
