The ADR42x is a series of ultra-precision, second-generation eXtra implanted Junction Field Effet (XFET) voltage references with low noise, high accuracy and excellent long-term stability of SOIC and MSOP area. The patented temperature drift curvature correction technology and XFET technology minimize the nonlinearity of voltage changes with temperature.
The XFET structure provides excellent accuracy and thermal hysteresis for band gap reference. It also has a lower power and lower supply headroom ratio buried Zener reference. The ADR42x's excellent noise and stable and accurate characteristics make it ideal for precision conversion applications such as optical networks and medical devices. The ADR42x rectifier terminal can also be used to adjust the output voltage within the ±0.5% range without affecting any other performance.
The ADR42x series voltage reference is available in two electrical grades and is specified in the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. Devices are available in 8-pin SOIC or 30% smaller 8-pin MSOP packages.
