The new series includes models rated at 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V or 48V single output, which can be adjusted by 10%. The optional 5 V standby output enables the OEM standby function even when the device is nominally off. The advanced digital control loop optimizes efficiency over a wide load range, making the new LCM1000 series more than 91% efficient at full load, with a typical power factor of 0.99 and a power density of 7.7W per cubic inch. Digital control also allows the LCM series to be modified quickly and cost-effectively to suit the exact needs of customer applications. Artesyn Technology has invested in the manufacture of LCM series products, including increasing the degree of automation to shorten the delivery time and reduce the minimum order quantity of non-inventory products.
