Central Semiconductor CDCLD current regulator diodes are now available for applications requiring constant current regulation.
The zero temperature coefficient characteristic eliminates the need for additional resistors to compensate for changes in current limits due to temperature variations. Voltage regulator current range is 27.5mA to 575mA, the maximum limit voltage range is 1.5V to 2V.
These current regulator diodes are optimized for heat dissipation and provide nominal current regulation at low voltage inputs. These diodes are made using a unique process to maintain a constant current over a wide temperature range.
The diode is packaged in an industry standard DPAK surface mount package that meets RoHS and REACH standards. These current regulator diodes operate and store in the temperature range of -55℃ to 150℃.
Typical applications include high intensity lighting systems, basic lighting systems, LED drivers, dimming systems and test/measurement equipment.
