Diodes Inc. DGD21x high voltage and high speed gate driver. The device easily switches power MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge configurations.
The DGD21x family of devices has high-side and low-side output drive capabilities. They have simple logic level inputs and provide a convenient interface between the controller and power MOSFET / IGBT switches. The DGD21x supports voltages up to 600V using a floating high-end driver that allows operation on high-voltage rails used in power supplies, motor drives and DC-DC inverters.
