Fairchild's FDMT8001x N-channel dual CoolPowerTrench MOSFET is targeted for OringFET / load switching, synchronous rectification and DC-DC conversion applications.
The device combines dual Cool and PowerTrench processes to provide very low RDS (on) and maintain high switching performance. In addition, FDMT8001x maintains an extremely low junction with environmental resistance.
