Samtec mPower Ultramicro Power Connection System (currently supplied by Mouser) provides 2 mm pitch 18A power blade interconnect for power only or provides a power and signal/ground combination solution. This miniature, high-power solution provides design flexibility for pure power or power/signal applications. Thanks to the wide assortment of stack heights, it can be easily connected to new or current architectures, as well as a unique two-piece power and signal/ground solution for its high-speed connector system.
SET is the company's first rigorous environmental testing (SET) system for qualified products. The tested products exceed typical industry standards and specifications. These products undergo additional testing to ensure their harsher environments, including automotive, industrial, defense, space and other extreme applications as well as rugged roads
The system offers stack heights of 5mm to 16mm, 18mm and 20mm. There is also a 2mm pitch, with 2 to 10 positions to choose from. Available in tin or 10µ" gold-plated power blades and 30µ" gold-plated blades. Optional welding labels are also available.
