Wurth Elektronik has expanded its portfolio of photoelectric products with all standard packages and optocouplers and CTR values. It is composed of WL-OCPT series phototransistor photocouplers in DIP-4, SOP-4 and LSOP-4 packages. The WL-OCDA Darlington optical coupler family offers DIP-4 and SOP-4.
These different packages are also available in a variety of lead frame varieties. CTR values for parts - classified by packing type - range from 20% to 15000 %. In addition, DIN EN 60747-5-5 certified parts can be used for operating temperatures ranging from -55℃ to +110℃.
Optical couplers protect against interference and overvoltage in power supplies, chargers, microprocessors, sequence controllers, computers, programmable logic controllers, measuring devices, and other applications. The company chose a coplanar package with a constant isolation gap when designing the optical coupler.
This ensures perfect isolation up to 5000V. High quality silicone and polymer materials provide 100% internal reflection and provide stable CTR over the entire temperature range.
