Holtek has launched two new Low Power MCU series with A/D function Flash MCU HT66L2540A/HT66L2550A and LCD driver function HT67L2540A/HT67L2550A. Its built-in new high-precision low-current LIRC, LXT, as well as adding four-stage MIRC flexible frequency conversion, and reducing the 10/12-bit SAR ADC conversion current design, are very suitable for various power-saving products.
The excellent current data of the HT6xL25x0A series, when running at 32768Hz, the standby current is as low as 0.5µA @ 3V, the operating current is as low as 8µA @ 3V, and the slow clock source ADC conversion current can be as low as 60µA @ 3V, providing low current applications. Preferred solutions such as disposable batteries, solar cells or passively powered (NFC, RF energy) consumer products.
HT6xL25x0A series features up to 8K×16 Flash ROM, 512×8 RAM, 512×8 EEPROM, 8-channel input 10/12-bit SAR ADC, internal temperature sensor, multi-function timer module, flexible oscillator selection and communication interface I²C /SPI/UART. The HT67L25x0A has a built-in R/C type LCD driver, which can drive a maximum of 128-segment LCD display. Packages are available as small as 16NSOP and as large as 64LQFP.
