The Generic GFSH series provides designers with hot-plug capability (mating and unmating when energized) with safe blind mating, allowing up to 2 mm misalignment. These features, along with the compact form and combined layout, make the range ideal for the latest compact, highly reliable power transmission and control systems.
Users can specify 20A, 30A, 35A, and 50A solid machined contact combinations in mixed-density packages. A variety of contact sizes can mix AC/DC input, signal, and DC distributed output in a single compact connector. These connectors offer six contact options with touch-safe recessed female contacts and large surface area contacts that combine energy savings with low contact resistance. Precision copper alloy gold plated contacts are rated for 500 insertions.
The larger GG series connectors offer a similar modular approach in a single connector, with a variety of contact sizes, and offer larger contact sizes up to 200A and 1000 plugs.
Two range of options include sequence matching, welded PCB mounting, crimping, crimping and bus terminals, panel mounting, floating mounting or screw fixing and a variety of cable fixture cover accessories options.
