Fairview Microwave extends its wideband, log-period antenna from 600MHz to 6000MHz for point-to-point wireless communications. Its new outdoor directional antenna acts as a booster where existing cellphone signals are weak and need to reach longer distances. This makes them ideal for boosting 5G, 4G, LTE, CMDA, LoRA, IoT and Wi-Fi signals.
These high performance antennas feature 8" to 12" pigtails terminated with a single N-type female connector, vertical polarization and brackets available for vertical or horizontal mounting. The radomes for these 5G, log-period, directional antennas feature a weather-resistant ABS construction, ensuring they get peak performance and reliability in even the most difficult environments. Their gain ranges from 3dBi to 16dBi and can be used for long-distance directional communications over a wide frequency range.
"Our extended line of outdoor rated, broadband, log period, directional antennas provide high gain performance to support long range, point-to-point wireless applications. This new line of antennas covers all sub-6GHz telecom, DAS, Wi-Fi and WISP coverage options to meet all of our customers' wireless networking needs," said Product Manager Kevin Hietpas.
