Qorvo QPF4658 Wi Fi 6E front-end module is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi Fi 6 and 6E (802.11ax) systems. The compact shape factor and integrated matching minimize the layout area in the application. The performance is mainly focused on optimizing PA under 5V power supply voltage, saving power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and frontier throughput.
This optimization enables broadband operation in all channels of UNII5-8 (5.9 to 7.1 GHz). The second and third harmonics of integrated mode level filtering and 2.4GHz inhibit DBDC operation. The coupler has RF output and a wide range, constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector for application feedback. QPF4658 integrates 6-7GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole double throw switch (SP2T) and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
