Monero's miniature MM1200 6-channel SPST signal relay is optimized for high-density signal switching applications on AC and DC circuits. This relay is an excellent replacement for electromechanical signal relays or reed relays. Housed in a 6mm × 6mm BGA package, it is RoHS compliant.
The device is capable of steady state 1A per channel, provides low on-state contact resistance and high off-state isolation, switching cycles > 3 billion times, and switching times < 10 μs. And each switch is normally open (NO) and individually controlled by a digital serial-to-parallel interface. An external +5VDC logic supply and a high voltage +79VDC bias source are required to operate the internal switch drivers.typical applications include high density switch matrices, automated test and measurement systems, mechanical relay replacement, wireless charging, scientific and medical, and telecommunications.
