Traco Power has released the new TPI 50-AJ series 50W high-density AC/DC Power supplies, available in 3 "x 1.5" x 1.2 "open frame packages for a wide range of industrial and electronic engineering technology applications where reliability is key and space is limited.
The device offers a compact and cost-effective design, peak power capability up to 70W (5 seconds) and I/O reinforced isolation to 3000VAC. Full load working -40℃~ +60℃ (natural convection), working temperature range -40℃~ +85℃, no-load input power 0.3W (acc. ErP instruction). The device offers high efficiency up to 93%. They have internal EN 55032 Class B filters and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 (Class I and Class II ready) approval.
High reliability has an MTBF of 1.487 million hours (MIL-HDBK-217F, ground benign) and backs up its three-year warranty. This family of products is designed to meet the need for a low-cost solution and a reduced footprint. 140% peak power allows replacement of units almost twice the size. Higher operating efficiency and extended convection cooling operating temperature make this series an excellent solution for demanding space critical applications.
