Anglia Components has expanded its range of UV LED solutions through a new partnership with Bolb. The new line of components caters to the growing demand for disinfection equipment as elevators are locked down.
Bolb UVC LED is packaged in industry standards 3535 and 6060. Bolb UVC leds have industry-leading power output of 100mW at 250mA drive current on a single chip, and have industry-leading L70 life of over 3000 hours. These impressive results were achieved through a manufacturing process that provides efficient light extraction and superior wall plug efficiency, currently in excess of 7.5%, with technology licensing well above this level. Nevertheless, they have also produced a series of modules around these packaged UVC leds that integrate single or multiple devices (arrays) into PCBS with drivers and lenses, enabling customers to simply and securely integrate UVC technology into their products.
