Due to Murata and Pycom's partnership, the time-to-market for iot projects will be reduced by about 70%. The strategic collaboration brings together Murata's heritage in innovative hardware, including iot radio module technology, and Pycom's design and integration skills in rapid IOT development and expansion.
From September 2021, customers creating iot projects will be able to take advantage of the new Pycom Evaluation Toolkit based on Murata, which offers full-stack iot. Perfect for companies looking to develop and scale iot solutions with low-power devices, long battery life, and high levels of device reliability, the F01 H7 EVK saves time and money by advancing quickly and seamlessly from concept to completion of all iot project phases. The toolkit is complemented by Pycom's cloud-based device management platform and a new SDK that allows users to simply manage their devices, LPWAN networks, and data from the debug to deployment phases. Developers can go from EVK to build the final product without losing time in redesign or coding.
"Many iot projects are striving to develop and deliver reliably connected devices that perform sustainably in the field. This means that projects are being executed at a much slower pace. Our partnership with Murata provides a new hardware and cloud platform that can be developed quickly and flexibly at all project stages, including development, manufacturing, integration, testing, and large-scale deployment. It's part of our deployment, forget the promises."Pycom CEO Fred de Haro said,
"Our EVK represents the ideal end-to-end solution for customers tasked with designing low-power, small-sized cellular iot devices with full LPWAN network redundancy. This collaboration will provide perfect customer engagement and ensure their ideas get to market in record time, bringing mobile iot technology to a wider market."Samir Hennaoui, Connection Module Product Manager for Murata Europe said
