TDK's new series of EPCOS X1 capacitors are designed for extended operating voltages up to 530VAC. The versatile B32911 to B32918 series cover a wide capacitance range from 1nF to 5.6µF. The company said that the new parts are well-suited for EMI suppression in X1 circuits (LN), such as various power supplies and inverters.
X1 series film capacitors have a compact design, and their sizes range from 4mm x 9mm x 13mm to 35mm x 50mm x 57.5mm, depending on the capacitance. The lead pitch varies between 10mm and 52.5mm. Those with 4.7µF and 5.6µF capacitors are equipped with 4 pins to improve the mechanical stability of the PCB.
These components are designed to operate over the -40C to + 110C temperature range and feature high voltage ratings and self-healing characteristics. This series is ENEC, UL and CSA certified.
