TDK's CLF-NI-D series of rugged power inductors has high efficiency and reliability over an extremely wide temperature range of -55C to + 150C, and offers rated inductance values from 1μH to 470μH (E6 series).
The compact CLF7045NI-D measures only 7.4mm x 7mm x 4.5mm, provides a rated current of 0.41A to 8.5A, and provides a DC resistance value of 9mohm to 1.20ohm.
The new product is AEC-Q200 certified and has high heat resistance due to TDK's advanced material technology. The terminal adopts a new welding process, which can realize a weldless structure design and improve the mechanical strength. Inductors are particularly suitable for applications in demanding automotive environments, such as power supply circuits for engine control modules (ECM) and ECUs for airbags, ABS and headlights.
