Texas Instruments' TPD4E02B04 is a bidirectional USB ESD protection diode array for USB Type-C and HDMI 2.0 circuit protection. Ratings eliminate the maximum level of ESD shock specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (level 4).
The device has 0.27 pF IO capacitors per channel, which is ideal for protecting high-speed interfaces up to 10Gbps, such as USB 3.1 Gen2. Low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage ensure system-level transient protection.
It is available in an industry standard USON-10 (DQA) package. This package features straight-through routing and 0.5mm pin pitch, which simplifies implementation and reduces design time.
End devices include laptops and desktops, set-top boxes, TVs and monitors, mobile phones and tablets, DVRs and NVRs.
