Triquint's TGC4603-SM Ka-band multiplier integrates a multi-stage 1W amplifier with an input frequency of 13.5-16GHz.
The TGC4603-SM has greater than 70dBc isolation between the input frequency and the doubled output frequency. The device can achieve output power of more than 1W with only 3dBm input power, which is very suitable for Ka-band satellite ground terminal applications.
