Microchip Technology's PIC32CM LE00, LS00 and LS600 (PIC32CM Lx) ultra-low power microcontroller. It provides 32-bit performance and ultra-low power consumption, as well as 512KB flash memory and 64KB SRAM memory configuration. This family provides three different product options for designers who want to solve the challenges of the Internet of Things, consumer, industrial and medical markets.

Each microcontroller provides a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M23 CPU, up to 48MHz. Based on picoPower technology, the device provides 1.5 μ S fast wake-up time, and sleepwalking and event system peripherals fully supported by Microchip's power debugger and data visualization tools. These three products all include on-chip analog operational amplifiers dac and adc, which can work in sleep mode and connect with various sensors. Other noteworthy features of the series include superior capacitive touch, which provides enhanced PTC, Driven Shield+, and designers' ability to add buttons, wheels, surfaces, and sliders to smart watches, headphones, fitness trackers, and other peripherals.

The PIC32CM LS60 provides the most powerful security feature set in the device family. It is one of the first mcus in the industry to combine the security subsystem and Arm TrustZone technology in a package, enabling the CPU to be separated into "safe" and "non safe" areas. The device integrates an enhanced peripheral touch controller with drive shield+elements to prevent incorrect touch due to moisture. PIC32CM LS00 provides similar security functions, such as secure boot and Arm TrustZone technology, while PIC32CM LE00 is a general microcontroller option with flexible package variants.
