A new reference design from EPC and ADI uses a new, fully optimized Analog controller to drive EPC's gallium nitride FET, achieving an efficiency of more than 96.5%.
EPC9186, a three-phase BLDC motor driven inverter based on EPC2302 eGaN® FeTs, has been introduced by EPC9186. EPC9186 supports a wide input DC voltage ranging from 14 V to 80 V. High-power EPC9186 supports applications such as electric scooters, small electric vehicles, agricultural machinery, forklifts and high-power drones.
EPC has introduced 100 V, 3.8 mΩ Gallium nitride field-effect transistor EPC2306 to provide higher performance and smaller solutions for high power density applications. Applications such as DC/DC converters, AC/DC chargers, solar optimizers and micro inverters, motor drivers and class D audio amplifiers are included.
EPC now offers the EPC9176, a three-phase BLDC motor drive inverter employing the EPC23102 ePower Stage GaN IC with embedded gate driver function and two GaN FETs with 5.2mOhm typical RDS(on). The device operates from an input supply voltage between 20V and 80V and can provide up to 28 pk (20ARMS).
EPC's new 100 V, 3.8 mΩ GaN FET EPC2306 provides higher performance and smaller solutions for high power density applications, including DC/DC conversion, AC/DC charging inverters, solar optimizers and microinverters, motor drives and Class D audio amplifiers.
EPC has introduced a 100V, 35A integrated circuit for 48VDC-DC conversion for high-density computing applications, as well as 48V brushless DC motor drivers for electric vehicles, robots and drones. With a maximum withstand voltage of 100V, the EPC23102 eGaN IC can deliver up to 35A of load current while being able to provide switching speeds in excess of 1MHz.
EPC Power Conversion Corporation (EPC) has expanded its line of radiation-tolerant gallium nitride products with new 200 V products for power conversion solutions in demanding airborne and other high-reliability environments, featuring ultra-low advantages such as on-resistance and extreme miniaturization.
EPC Power Conversion Corporation (EPC) announces 100 V, 35 A integrated circuits designed for 48 V DC/DC conversion for high-density computing applications and 48 V BLDC for electric vehicles, robots and drones motor driver.
EPC corporation and ADI Corporation introduce a reference design that uses a fully optimized new analog controller to drive EPC corporation's Gallium nitride field effect transistor (GaN FET). The new analog LTC7890 synchronous gallium nitride step-down controller is combined with EPC's ultra-efficient eGaN® FET to achieve switching frequencies up to 2 MHz, enabling high power density and low-cost DC/DC conversion.

E-peas has released three new Pics, giving product developers more room to implement their energy collection systems. AEM00330 is a complete power management chip, while AEM00300 is a storage component charger. Both are self-configurable, with the ability to automatically switch buck, buck - boost and boost operations. AEM00940 is a Boost solution designed to support efficient energy transfer from power sources with lower voltage than the storage element. All three new devices have complete storage element versatility
E-peas has announced the completion of a major project by Swiss luxury watchmaker Cartier. The key performance parameter that sets the company's PMC apart from others is its ability to start and efficiently collect energy in low light conditions, so that weak indoor light is enough to power the watch. The ultra-compact PMIC, developed specifically for the Tank Watch, is only 2mm x 2mm, making it smaller than any other energy collection solution
