Guerrilla RF has released the GRF3012 and GRF3016, each consisting of multiple octaves and extending the frequency range from near DC to 12GHz, with overall coverage extending to HF, VHF, UHF, L, S, C and X bands. When operating at 5GHz, the GRF3012 absorbs only 22mA current, but provides 11dB gain, 18dBm OIP3 linearity, 5dBm compression level and 5dB noise value. Both components are available in pin compatible 1.5mm x 1.5mm, 6-pin DFN package.
