Diodes Corp. has announced the addition to its line of automotive compliant DC-DC converters. The AP64060Q is a 600mA synchronous step-down converter with input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 40V. It integrates 600mω high-side power MOSFET and 300Mω low-side power MOSFET, providing efficient step-down conversion (up to 90% efficiency) with minimal PCB board space. The AP64060Q is specifically designed for use in automotive powertrains, infotainment systems and instrumentation components, as well as for external lighting in vehicles.

The AP72250 provides boost conversion capability and is designed for compact consumer and industrial product applications including battery powered devices, USB power supplies, power banks, supercapacitor charging devices, and metering systems. The AP33771 has a preloaded power menu that includes 8 different output voltages and 10 different power levels. The power requirements of the terminal device can be met by changing simple resistance Settings. The AP33772's I²C interface provides a more complex system design.
Diodes Incorporated offers two new Mux/DeMux linear ReDrivers that support 20Gbps DisplayPort ultra high bit rate (UHBR20) transport modes. PI3DPX20021 is a 2-to-1 four-lane multiplexing device, while PI3DPX20012 is a 1-to-2 four-lane multiplexing device. The two devices support eight equalizer adjustment Settings, plus four adjustment Settings for output flat gain and output swing for better signal integrity adjustment.
Diodes Incorporated now offers the PowerDI8080-5. The first product to be released in this package is the Diode DMTH4M70SPGWQ, a 40V automotive STANDARD MOSFET with a 64mm² PCB area. The package takes up 40% less PCB area than the TO263 (D2PAK) package format, and the package is AEC-Q101-qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility.
