The ITV9550 series is a chip type surface mounted device that prevents overcurrent and overcharge. It includes a fuse element to ensure stable operation under normal current and to cut off current in case of overcurrent. It also includes resistive heating elements that can be used in conjunction with voltage detection means such as IC and FET.
